Examination Services
Examination fees for those under 20 years of age and those over 65 are covered by OHIP. As well, patients with diabetes, cataracts, glaucoma, and other specified conditions are also covered.
Retinal Imaging
In addition to standard examination equipment, we also offer retinal imaging with our Canon digital retinal camera and software system. This system produces images of the inside of the eye and allows us to see things that are not visible to standard instruments, improving our ability to care for the health of your eyes.
For anyone with diabetes, macular degeneration, glaucoma, high blood pressure, or those just wanting the best care for their eyes, imaging with the Canon CR-2 is a must.

Visual Field Testing
Our office features a state-of-the-art Octopus 900 Visual Field Analyzer, which allows us to carefully assess and monitor your peripheral vision for any changes that may come with glaucoma, strokes, or retinal disease.
As well, we use the iCare no-puff tonometer to measure eye pressure, which is part of assessing your risk for glaucoma.
